They serve Counter Culture coffee here that isn't too bad, but the atmosphere is abysmal.

I agree. The idea of a place that has coffee, chocolate, and wine/cocktails at night sounds really good, but there is something that is slightly off. The coffee is ok and the brownies are pretty yummy, but I always feel awkward and uncomfortable whenever I go in here.

I'm not sure why I keep going here. I guess it's because it's the closest spot that isn't Dunkin Donuts - but they charge too much for sub-mediocre coffee. Blech!
