near and dear to my heart. stopping in on my way to work for a coffee is my cherished morning ritual. not only is the coffee consistantly good, but the atmosphere just makes me happy. the regular coffee is the best, but i have heard the lattes, etc are nothing extraordinary. just a good plain coffee is the way to go. And not only coffee - you also can't go wrong with any items on the menu.

The cafe where Dave Matthews will live forever! Regardless, The Grey Dog has been one of my favorite cups in the city for long time. I agree with 'Ashley" the previous reviewer - skip the fancy stuff, the straight up neat coffee is the way to go. A unique taste (in a good way) that keeps me going back. And, if you are going there for brunch, don't let the long line fool you, you will sit down in a timely manner. Somehow, they have the system down, so be patient and you will be happy.
