Not much space to sit, but I love watching the pneumatic tubes whoosh the unroasted coffee to the roaster and then on to the machines. I've had consistently great cups of coffee from Roasting Plant, and the baristas, while being so hipsterified they're almost incapacitated, have always been nice. Decent pastries, too.

you can see the most awesome coffee brewing process here. the coffee you choose gets sucked in thru the pipe which is installed along the ceiling of the shop, roasted, ground, and brewed right in front of you. they also have some tasty cookies and pies. AND wifi(as far as i remember). but only two small seats without table. they prefer creditcard.
