When I first heard of this place, I was very skeptical. "Automated coffee on demand," I was told which made it sound like an automat. However, once I saw the operation, I was blown away. Sure, the beans flying around are fun, but it is really the espresso-style brew that makes this place one of the best coffees in the city. The on-demand feature makes the freshest brew you can get without a Clover machine, and it also gives you a choice for about 8 different types of coffee, instead of the 2-3 for most coffee houses. TIP: you can blend your brews by ordering medium or larges. Each cup uses one 'blast' of beans, so small is one, med is two and large is three, so you can mix them up.

I think this place is more gimmicky than actually decent coffee. There is something cool about the willy-wonka style pneumatic tubes and what not, but the coffee itself is average at best.
